At Riverview, we believe growth comes through effort, perseverance, and a mindset that embraces challenges. Just as students can learn new skills through practice, they can also grow in character. Our Habits of a Scholar program—ExPECT—focuses on five key traits: Executive Skills, Perseverance, Enthusiasm, Compassion, and Teamwork. These habits are reinforced through daily CREW classes, regular progress reports, and support systems like missing work check-ins. Orientation Day & Open House - Thursday, August 20, 2025
We’re excited to welcome you to the upcoming School Orientation Day on Wednesday, August 20 from 8:30 a.m - 4 p.m.. This is a great opportunity for students and families to meet teachers, tour the school, learn about expectations for the year, and get ready for a strong start. We encourage all families to attend and take part in this important day as we prepare for a successful new school year. We look forward to seeing you there!

Kindergarten Soft Start
We’re excited to welcome our kindergarten class of 2025-2026. What an exciting time for our kids and families. Please read the following information regarding our kindergarten soft start to the school year.
Students with last names beginning with A-L will come to school on Thursday August 21 for a full day of Kindergarten from 8AM-3:30PM
On Friday August 22, students with last names beginning with M-Z will attend classes from 8AM-3:30PM
School starts officially for all kindergarteners on Monday, August 25th at 8:00am
First Day Official Day of School
We’re excited to welcome all 1st–8th grade students back for the first day of school on Thursday, August 21. School will begin at the regular start time of 8 a.m., and students should come prepared for a full day of learning. We can’t wait to kick off a great year together!

Nos complace darle la bienvenida al próximo Día de Orientación Escolar el miercoles 20 de agosto a las 8:30 a.m a 4:00 p.m. .Esta es una gran oportunidad para que los estudiantes y sus familias conozcan a los maestros, visiten la escuela, conozcan las expectativas del año y se preparen para un comienzo exitoso. Animamos a todas las familias a asistir y participar en este importante día mientras nos preparamos para un exitoso nuevo año escolar. ¡Esperamos verlos allí!
Inicio suave del jardín de infancia
Nos emociona dar la bienvenida a nuestra clase de kínder 2025-2026. ¡Qué momento tan emocionante para nuestros niños y familias! Por favor, lea lo siguiente información con respecto a nuestro inicio suave del jardín de infantes año escolar.
Estudiantes con apellidos que empiezan con A-L vendrá a la escuela el jueves 21 de agosto para un día completo de jardín de infantes de 8 a. m. a 3:30 p. m.
El viernes 22 de agosto, los estudiantes cuyos apellidos comiencen con M-Z asistirá a clases de 8 a. m. a 3:30 p. m.
La escuela comienza oficialmente para todos los niños de jardín de infantes el lunes 25 de agosto a las 8:00 a. m.
Primer Día oficial de clases
